Create an Account via our Online Portal: Before scheduling a Meet and Greet, all clients must create an account by using any “BOOK NOW” button to request future reservations and upload vaccination records online.
Enter your email address, create a password, agree to the terms of service, and complete all sections of the requested information.
Create your dog’s profile then continue to create a new reservation.
Select “Dog’s Day Out” and sign all agreements listed in the “Agreements” tab.
Meet and Greet: After having all required vaccines sent to our email at dogsdayoutky@gmail.com and creating an online account, please call our office at 270-770-2067 to schedule a Meet and Greet. We are unable to schedule this through the portal.
How does a Meet and Greet work? We invite you to a complimentary 15-minute meeting where we can introduce ourselves and meet your dog. A trained staff member will greet you and help review your pet’s history and health. During this meeting, your dog will participate in a temperament assessment with our team. This process ensures that we are a good fit for each other, and most importantly, that all dogs in our care are happy, secure, and comfortable. Please use the link below to print an Enrollment Application if you would like to fill it out ahead of time and bring it with you for your Meet and Greet.
